Break My Heart For What Breaks Yours

If you cannot be real, you cannot be you.

Rachel

rachelWebRachel is a 17-year old student from Northern Florida. She works part-time as a banquet server at one of the more popular hotels in her city. Beginning in August of 2009, she will attend Community College to earn her Associates of Arts degree while completing her high school education. Rachel loves to laugh, to sing, to read, and to learn about anything she can. Having grown up near the woods, she loves to spend time outdoors, enjoying the beauty of God’s creation. She also enjoys fellowshipping with her family and her friends.

Rachel truly accepted Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior in July of 2006. Since then, He has completely transformed her life. Where once brokenness, depression, and fear drove her to attempted suicide and self-mutilation, she now lives a life defined by the joy of the Lord, experienced through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She was baptized by her grandfather in March of 2008. She currently attends a small Reformed, Evangelical church, where she teaches Sunday School to 3&4-year olds. Rachel has a passion for people to come to know and experience the transforming power of the love and grace of God, just as she has.

Favorite Verse:
1 Peter 1:8-9 - Though you have not seen Him, you love Him. Though you do not now see Him, you believe in Him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory, obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls. (ESV)
